Why should I choose these units over other solutions near Canberra?

You can use your unit as you please! At 6.3m x 3.7m x 2.4m, it is big enough to park a boat or caravan, or you can lock your pushbikes in there for added security. Note that these units are not equipped with electricity, soundproofing, or individual lighting, but there is ample light from the common lighting area to light up your unit. Sub-leasing is not permitted.

We are flexible with our subscription pricing, providing 3, 6, and 12-month options to best suit your needs and ensure you pay no more than necessary. The longer you choose to subscribe, the better value for money you’ll receive. There’s also a one-off fee for your access fob, which will be refunded when you return it at the end of your lease. Additional fobs can also be purchased for $90 each.

Yes! So long as the boat is less than 2.1m in height and fits within the dimensions of our large units – 6m x 3.5m x 2.4m – then our spacious facility enables you to drive right up and back in the boat! Our 24/7 access also means you can pick up the boat and head to the lake at whatever time you please!

There’s a bus and tram direct from Dickson to Canberra, which takes just 7 minutes and can cost as little as $1. Or if you’re feeling adventurous, you can take on the 50-minute walk! Of course, you could also choose to leave your bike in storage, and use that for your commute, whilst your car sits safely and out of the elements for you to collect when you’re ready.

No! Your rental agreement comes in the form of a monthly paid subscription, which you can cancel at any time – only paying out the remainder of the month. This is part of our flexible approach to parking solutions in the Canberra region.

It is hoped that Stage 2 rentals will be available to the public by April 2023. Join the waitlist to ensure you’re among the first to hear. There will be no obligation to lease a unit if you change your mind during the wait time.
